When you create an account we collect your first name, last name, email address and a password you choose. When you place an order we store the order details: the number of credits purchased, the currency, the applied promo code, the payment method and the order status.

When you run an investigation we process the PC links, component lists and descriptions you submit in order to produce the analysis. Saved systems are stored so you can reopen them in your account.

We use your data to operate the service: authenticating you, keeping your order history, delivering bank transfer details by email, and generating the investigations you request.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your builds or component lists to advertise to you.

Bank transfer orders are processed manually: we send our bank details to your email and activate your credits once the transfer arrives. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments will be processed by their respective providers when those methods launch; we never see or store full card numbers.

Account and order data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the contact page, and we will complete deletion within 30 days.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data. Residents of the EU/EEA and UK have additional rights under GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
